1. Where do you ship?

2. How long does shipping take?

- 7–15 business days for remote areas
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
3. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Once shipped, you will get an email with tracking details.
4. How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your package
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
5. I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately at support@pethavvn.com.
If the order has not been processed yet, we can update the address.
If it has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot change it.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel within 1 hour of placing your order.
After that, the order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.
7. My package hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
If your order is delayed or appears lost, email us at support@pethavvn.com.
We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund according to our Shipping & Refund Policies.
